Dr. Jin Cheon Kim recevied the B.S.E.E, the M.S.E.E and the Ph.D degrees from POSTECH, Korea, in 1994, 1996, and 2000 respectively. He joined Samsung Electronics in 2000 and has been working on microprocessor development including Alpha 21264 and GHz ARM processors.
